As Director of Retirement Plan Services at Insight Financial Services, Emily works closely with plan sponsors and industry partners to help retirement plans operate efficiently while delivering an exceptional client experience. She is committed to building trusted relationships and assisting clients with their retirement plans with personalized support.
Emily brings more than 8 years of experience from her time at a national retirement plan services provider, where she worked with recordkeeping and plan administrators. Combined with over 20 years of customer service, she is passionate about advocating for clients and ensuring their needs are met along the way. She is on the Board of Directors for Grow Haiti, a non-profit that focuses on improving lives of people in Haiti by providing agricultural education for sustainable careers.
Emily lives in North Dakota with her husband and two children. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling to visit family in Jordan, playing piano and bass guitar, singing at church and local community events, and pursuing her interests in coffee, art, home design, and family life.
