David Pacer, CFP®, CRPS®, CPFA®

David Pacer is the President and CEO of Insight Financial Services.  He is a Certified Financial Planner^® Certificant, Certified Retirement Plan Specialist^SM - CRPS^®, and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA^®). He is a member of the Financial Planning Association^® (FPA^®).  He knows that planning for your financial success is complicated in today’s world. It requires a broad knowledge of everything from complex investment products to elaborate tax laws.

David is a native of Chicago, but has called Kansas City his home since 1997. He graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. David and his wife, Elizabeth, reside in Parkville, Missouri where they stay active with their 4 children and 2 dogs. Traveling and making memories with his family are a top priority.

Growing up, David’s passion for drums came from his father, who led the snare drumline for the world-famous Cavaliers in 1961. At the age of 6, his father gave him the original 1965 Ludwig drum set that he purchased when he was in a band. David has been playing ever since. He helped create the band Sunny-Side-Down, who has been performing on a monthly basis all over Kansas City since 2000. They have many followers who enjoy their mix of cover songs and originals from their 2 recorded albums.

David has worked with women his whole life. As the son of a single mother and the only brother to two sisters, he quickly learned about the unique challenges women can face in the financial world. After helping his mother through many financial transitions, he found early in his career that he enjoys working with women as their trusted advisor. His goal is to share his experience and help them overcome challenges while taking advantage of the unique opportunities that exist.
